So one of my resolutions is to try and keep up with everything a little bit better ha! This was my final cake from 2016 for a couple getting married on New Years Eve. First time tempering chocolate for the shards on the bottom double barrel tier which was easier than expected and went without a hitch :). An overall ‘rough’ and rustic finish to fit in with the bride’s theme, I was pleased when I delivered to the venue to find it fitted in perfectly :)
