12", 9" 6". The last wedding cake of the season. I tried to make it special.
Funny story: My husband usually makes the chairs for my cakes. Our home was flooded with 14" of salt water during Hurricane Matthew. (Our home is 4" off the ground!) Everything we were able to salvage was put in plastic boxes and stored in the shed (the man cave) This order came up kind of last minute and the bride requested the chairs. My husband was not able to get into the shed to make them and we had to order them from Amazon. They are hanging off the top of the cake slightly. HIs chairs would have fit perfectly. Oh well, we can only do what we can do, right?
Psalm 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain.
beautiful cake!
It is absolutely stunning, as always, Donna. I love the Adirondack chairs. Does your husband make them from wood or gum paste? So sorry about your home. I hope you are able to recover soon. Happy New Year!
