This is a cake I made for my Nan’s 80th birthday. She hails from in Waterford in Southern Ireland 🇮🇪
The bottom tier is classic fruit cake enhanced with Irish whiskey! Top is standard buttercream Madeira.
Unfortunately the rainbow didn’t make the 250 mile journey 😞
Should have used modelling paste instead of mixing tylose with fondant!!
