Hi everyone, I haven’t posted here in a while. This was probably my biggest cake challenge to date. This is for two guys celebrating their 30th birthday today, one likes ET and the other likes superman. I sent the customer a few options for design, never thinking that she would choose the 3D model I proposed. I was thrilled to get the order as these type of cakes rarely come around. I hopped around excitedly for a while and then I panicked over the structure but Mike McCarey’s bobble head tutorial was invaluable to me. He truly is a fantastic teacher.
