Dylan is a cheeky Welsh Dragon created in a mix of Renshaws sugarpaste and chocolate modelling paste. He was designed for a class in Cardiff Wales but made a trip to the ICES convention in Kentucky first where he made lots of friends. He has lots of steampunk decoration to help him fly and look fierce but her actually quite mischievous.
