A very good friend of mine celebrated her 30th birthday this past week and her sister in law organised a surprise “Great Gatsby” party for her. Here is the cake I made for her to celebrate this special day with her family and friends. Top layer is a gluten free vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and the bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling.
