Fashion crafted with buttercream on a cake!

Cake story:
Alternating layers of chocolate cake n fresh cut mangoes blended vanilla cake
Filled with mango crémeux, baileys chocolate sauce, mango mousseline
Frosted in buttercream
Imprinted the polkas n stripes
Placed the Piped roses for the touch of glamour..

Best part was cake travelled along with me 140kms, peak afternoon, whn the temperature recorded was 39deg
Though I was super confident on my support structure, fingers crossed when it comes to heat and buttercream!
To my surprise,the cake was as glamorous as it was,until it reached the hands of the trendy girl!
