A Pink Ganache cake with Purple Ganache drips. This was made for a yound ladies 18th birthday, her mum advised me that she does not like fondant, so we covered the 3 tiers of cake in Pink ganache made using white chocolate with added gel colour. The Purple drippy ganache was made in the same way.

The model was a representation of the birthday girl in her Pink Dr Martin boots and with her favourite designer shopping bags.
