I run a home based wedding and celebration cake company based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales, UK. I am a Sugarcraft tutor and junior judge for the Welsh National Cake Show.

My love of cake making started about 10 years a go, I used to do a lot of different crafts and then one day whilst making a greetings card, I thought I bet I could put that design onto a cake and it went from there.......

Besides cake making I am Mum to Two gorgeous children aged 21 and 9, and wife to Nathan who when he is not being a Train Driver, does the baking for the business!

So all in all, I manage to keep myself quite busy!
