Made some Cherry Blossom cupcakes to match a cake order I had for today – Japanese theme – so loved the colour palette too. Also made a little fan on a couple of them too – so easy: square cutter cut in half, angled slightly and indents made with a veiner. Flavour: Vanilla with lemon curd filling – one of my best sellers!
