Still a cake from last Christmas.
This cake was made for a regular customer who always leaves it up to me what to do.
But this time, a few days days before Christmas, she contacted me worried because the family decided to spend Christmas in London (we’re from Portugal) with some relatives and didn’t know if she could carry the cake at the plane. So I had to change my plans of a gravity defying cake and came up with this one, much more stable and without any structure that might possible be a problem at the airport.
So this was how this litle puppy traveled from Lisbon to London to be at an english Christmas table. :)
