it’s a sweltering 32 degrees here today and we could definitely could do with some of the ice and snow on Evie-Pearl’s 1st birthday cake – thank goodness for aircon! Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling covered in sugar paste icing. Loved making this special cake for Evie-Pearl – especially the Penguin Topper with his woollen hat and scarf.
