I was very lucky to be a part of this amazing Bakers Unite collaboration for raising awareness of the plight of endangered animals. I have always wanted to make a cake crocodile and this gave me the chance. He’s fairly big, on a 23 inch board and at the moment he is all packed and ready to go to Birmingham from Ireland to Cake international where he will be joining some of the other fabulous cakes being exhibited for WWF with Bakers Unite. What an opportunity! I get to meet some of my cake heroes through cake ;)
