This cake was made for a dear friend who is so inspirational…she is known as a powerhouse amongst us for her passion and enthusiasm for cooking ,for life , for her family and for her friends. There is nothing this lady does half heartedly ! Her husband and daughters asked me to make and design her bday cake and she was delighted with it. It is a rich chocolate cake with lindt orange chocolate cointreau ganache and Chocolate mocha baileys filling !
