Made for a young Air Cadet to celebrate his 18th birthday … The almost 8" long helicopter was all modelling chocolate ‘wrapped’ in modelling paste, then dusted to give a little more detail and sits on a 10" choc cake.
I actually broke the first set of flower paste rotor blades not long before I was due to deliver the cake, dohhhhh, so had a mad rush to look around for something else to use … Helloooo cardboard – Let me give you a fondant blanket !!! Anyway, it worked, just !!! Pheww :/
