Ben & Holly theme – one of the many cakes from last week. This is Islas 3rd birthday cake that I have made and when her Mum asked for a Ben & Holly theme with Ben sitting on Gaston I thought ’there’s not much I can really do with it being such a small cake’
Then came a brain wave of the ‘Back board!’ As it was such a busy week for me I knew that 90% of the work could be done in advance.

It was just the cake to ice then to paint the grass rather than adding sugarpaste (takes too much time!)

My customer loved it, Chocolate & raspberry sponge with yummy chocolate ganache
