Thought I’d throw this one in too as I never show my other ‘naughtier’ side of Sugar & Spice … I make a ton of chocolate cheesecakes too, and this one was a special for a wedding. Lots of chocolate, Morello cherries, Kirsch, chocolate sponge, chocolate cookies, black cherry conserve and, well, more chocolate !!
Obviously, I had to make an initial smaller ‘tester’ version for home, erm, I mean Quality Control … Yep, more Kirsch added and voila …
Oh, and there’s another ordered for next month … I may need to re-test, just to be sure ;)
