The brief I received for this cake was to make a cake featuring a serval (had to google to find out its a wild African cat!) and the colour pink. Decided to give it a playful look. And what can I say .. Truly loved the way she turned out!
My only regret is to not be able to take decent pictures as I somehow managed to have a bad fall and fracture my right finger on the day the cake was due!
Chocolate mud cake filled and frosted with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream; the cat ( and the cake!) inspite of all the commotion then travelled for 3 hours to make someone’s day truly special! And truly special it was .. I hear! ☺️☺️☺️
