This weeks midweek wedding cake delivered to the beautiful woodhill hall in Northumberland. It’s a 10" carrot cake filled with caramel buttercream and coated in white chocolate ganache. The middle tier is an 8" round 8" tall chocolate cake filled and covered in chocolate ganache. The top tier is a 6" lemon and poppy seed filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd then covered in white chocolate ganache. She also had a separate 8" fruit cutting cake.
