This was a first birthday cake for a good friends daughter…..she is Minnie mad and she loved ripping into her smash cake!!! My first smash cake! ;-)

Cakes are all vanilla with strawberry jam and buttercream….
It took me a few tries to model Minnies mouth, had to keep screwing the icing up and eventually I was happy with it!
