Mike loves everything about his garden, from his Victorian style lamp, to his pebble water feature, to his long cared for potted lemon tree, to the little robin who visits daily, but he especially loves mowing the lawn with his Viking mower. So this 9" coffee cake was loosely based on Mike’s garden (with quite a generous dawb of artistic license!) and I loved making it for him. Everything was edible and sculpted from sugarpaste, apart from Mike who was modelling chocolate.
