A Communion cake I made for a girl who’s mad into Camogie and sports. Top tier is a dummy – so they can keep the figure if they’d like. Bottom tier is Madiera sponge with a fresh lemon buttercream (yum!). Flowers are made from Florist Paste and the figure is made from Laped. Normally use modelling chocolate – but thought I’d go for it for kicks and because it’s white white.
I don’t normally do the whole ‘pretty cake’ thing – but I kinda like this one.
