Ella’s priceless face as she marvels at her 3rd birthday cake sculpture is every minute it took to bring Elsa to life in chocolate and cake! Ella has Congenital Bilateral Perisylvian Syndrome, a rare brain disorder, and is visiting Walt Disney World with Give Kids The World. What an honor it was to be a sugar angel volunteer with Icing Smiles, Inc., and create a beautiful moment for Ella and her family.
