I loved making this cake so much, it’s another first for me. To make it feminine I added a winebottle charm. To make the label and voucher I painted onto wafer paper, everything is edible, even the corkscrew. Which brings me onto the ‘school-girl’ error – that I realised in the middle of the night…….have you guessed it? Ha ha – it’s a screwtop bottle!! Doh! I’m sure the recipient will find it funny as I havent time to change it!! (I hope so anyway)!! xxx
