I just love Under the Sea themed cakes, & really enjoyed creating this one! It’s all edible too! The mermaid topper is gumpaste & fondant, the coral is isomalt, & the top tier is wrapped in wafer paper which I printed with beautiful images of dolphins. The bottom tier is ombre fondant waves.

The bottom tier is Hot chocolate cake with chocolate chip cookie dough filling & dark chocolate ganache. The top tier is Not Just Plain Vanilla Cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & white chocolate ganache.
