Fleur was my entry for Cake International in Manchester 2015 and very happy and excited that she won gold.

She is based on a poster I brought many years ago and have been wanting to recreate in 3D ever since.

She has an internal armature and her skirt and parasol are made from rice / waffer paper.

I am so pleased with how she has turned out.
