Online - I have a private facebook group that you can subscribe to via Patreon, see below, where you get to help choose which project we will make each month through a series of live and pre-recorded video's

Residential courses in France - with a variety of sugarcrafting projects and the ability to choose your own subject matter, these are exclusively small classes of four students and are excellent value. Featuring all-inclusive ladies only weeks and an economical self-catering week for a group of friends.

I am also available for guest teaching, demonstrating and judging.

I write tutorials for Cake Decoration and Sugarcraft and SugarEd Productions, film tutorials for Paul Bradford and and Learn Cake Decorating Online, a trainee judge at Cake International and have won Best in Show and numerous gold awards at Cake International along with now Demonstrating at the show
