Hi amazing cakers..I don,t know from where to start for this cake design but behind this cake color and design there is a long story..But shortly for my this year cake competition i choose purple color and without gold my cakes,they are contemplate.I made this cake design for our national cake competition Cork sugarcraft and won bronze medal.For this cake design i try to use as many techniques as i could.First time i try to do painting on gold leaf ,never did before..But it turned out very nicely..Then i used the double sided bridge work ,with royal icing and scrunch ruffles and most imported my sugar flowers.My signature sign is my sugar flowers and my butterflies.Let me know ,what u all think my crazy color scheme and design..Feel free to share your thoughts.I look foreword to listen what u all think.Thanks
