Oh I loved these cakes! Buttercream Abstract Art Cakes created for a doctor celebrating 20 years in practice. His office is decorated in modern designs and they gave me complete free reign with design. I decided to go with all modern painted themes to keep them tied together. All of the cakes are buttercream, hand painted with food coloring (circles on the 3 tier are fondant and gumpaste sculptural flower). I think the paint splattered tiers are my favorite – messy but so fun! <3 Shannon
