I made this cake for the Catex Chef Ireland competition and was absolutely delighted to be awarded a gold medal for it. The theme was love and I didn’t want to do the cherub or heart thing so decided to go for unconditional love with a little girl and her big dog. It stands about 16 inches high, There were a lot of firsts for me on this cake and that only added to the enjoyment…hope you like them ;)
