I hate buttercream…. lol. And of course I get asked to do all buttercream cake! I got the top tier as smooth as I could, and I think the ruffles turned out ok :) Fondant bow and ribbons. They are going to place their own tiara on top ! I did tell the man that (for me anyway!!!) fondant cakes are “smoother” than buttercream, and he told me “just to hot knife it”- he obviously knows about cake decorating, not sure why he didn’t do it himself if its soooo easy lol
