This cake was just entered at cake international manchester very pleased as it got a gold and a 2nd place.
It has 2 of the tiers coated and then carved in chocolate (100% chocolate not modelling chocolate) the heart is edible as is everything else on the cake, some Rice Krispie treats have been used, the ducks are hook a duck bride and groom, a hole goes straight through the heart, even the stick of rock (round the back) had an edible wrapper.
