I have been decorating since 2002, have been fortunate to win a few gold medals and trophys and also featured on channel 4 Kirstie Allsopp.
I love cakes which includes baking, decorating and eating x I like slightly unusual designs and love a challenge but also like the skill involved in very simple and striking designs.
