This is a cake I donated to the Lake Travis HS Baseball Gala. They auction the desserts to raise money to support the team! Everybody gets to bid on the desserts, & the winner gets to EAT it right there at the Gala! How fun!!!

The main cake is a replica of the LTHS baseball jersey. It is a luscious Caramel Apple Cake with Salted Caramel buttercream filling, iced with white chocolate ganache. The baseball cap is all edible! It is a Red Velvet cake with White Chocolate buttercream filling & dark chocolate ganache.
