This is my version of a Christmas village…the houses are made of homemade gingerbread and decorated in fondant and the walkway is crushed candy cane…Santa, Minnie and Mickey are modelling chocolate accented with royal icing…pond is corn syrup and vodka mixture with blue gel color surrounded by edible chocolate stone…trees are fondant snow is a mixture of royal icing and buttercream…thanks for looking :)
