This was made for a birthday , i was asked to make a two tier but i was left with the design ! lacy and delicate , just up my street ! The top tier was a chocolate sponge filled with rasberry liquior and vanilla buttercream with chocolate ganache coating ! The bottom tier was a lemon madiera with a vanilla buttercream and also a chocolate ganache coating !! and do you know the most exciting bit …. i got to use my new cake stand !!!!!! I just absolutely adore it and have been dying to use it !! xx my hubby said …. that a new one ……. ooooooooo ive had it ages my dear !! tee hee xxxxxx anyone else guilty ?? xx
