Cake made for a cycling, U2 and Ferrari enthusiast. 10" chocolate sponge base topped with 7" triple layer chocolate sponge on top, all filled with rich chocolate whipped buttercream and covered in fondant with explosion of stars on the top layer, all edible except the cycle which I used wires within the gum paste for strength
