This is my first time at doing a Threadcakes competition cake. Was great fun but was seriously on the wire with entering it and stayed up all night finishing it. Pretty happy with the result though. Jupiter is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, covered in sugarpaste and then hand painted. The octopus is modeled using a homemade candy clay then dusted. Background is also made from candy clay and airbrushed and dusted.
