I made this cake for a friends little girl who adores her pink wellington boots,I had a free reign on this cake the only thing my friend wanted was that it included her much loved wellies :-D
The bottom tier is a rich chocolate cake with milk and dark chocolate ganache and the top tier was a 4" dummy cake.
