A very big Congratulations to Caroline and Russ, who were married at Emu Bottom Homestead on Sunday.
We made them a rustic torn ruffle cake, with a warm ombre effect. I was happy that they liked my suggestion to add a handmade ruffled heart on top
My daughter got a huge kick out of seeing the bridal party driving to the venue in their vintage black taxi!
The four cake tiers consisted of:
White Chocolate Date Spice with maple and vanilla buttercream,
White Chocolate with lemon zest and raspberry swirl buttercream,
Chocolate mud with cherry-ripe filling.
