My brother, Thanos, has a dog, named Nous! (means “Brain” in greek). This summer sent me a picture of his dog, wearing sunglasses and having a hell of a good time in a beach bar ( I bet!!!!). That’s when the idea of making Nous in sugar hit me!!! I waited until my bro’s birthday in October and I surprised him with this cake!
He was soooooooo pleased, he kept loughing and couldn’t believe it!
He was the one urging me for unusual cakes and I’m glad that I listened to him.
