This Louis Vuitton travel bag and Christian Louboutin fondant shoe was made for a 50th birthday celebration. The birthday girl has received this bag as her 50th birthday present and wanted the matching cake to celebrate the occasion. As a little joke, she requested that the designer shoe was added on a separate board for her daughter.
