Unusual request for a 21st cake, but I didn’t mind, had a ball making this cow cake 😆 It’s all chocolate biscuit cake, first time I’ve carved from chocolate biscuit cake and it’s a great medium to use, very forgiving. Had to laugh when they came to collect the cake in a cattle lorry though…..it’s a fairly big cake but no need for a lorry 😆 Ah yes, life in the Irish Midlands hey? !
