My kids loved Kinder Surprise as children and thankfully I had an order for a Kinder Surprise Cake – (squeal)!!!

He is made up from a round foam ball and added fondant on top to create the egg shape.

This cake topper sits at 7" high and will be topped on a cake – (pics to follow) this weekend.
