Charlie's Cake

I made this cake for my friends baby shower tomorrow. She is a very crafty person and I wanted to incorporate that in this cake some how so I did a decoupage type design on the top tier. I also wanted to try ruffles at an angle, I think they came out great, very happy. I also made the little shoes out of sugar too.
