Camera Sculpted Cake

This Camera Sculpted Cake was one of my favorites. The Heat did not help in the process as in Malta at the moment the temperature is about 35 degrees Celsius and the Kitchen feels like an oven.

The flavour was a Lemon Cake with Lemon Curd filling. The taste is a little bit fresh to compensate just a little for the heat.

Wow nice carved cake. Oh please don’t remind me of the heat. Waiting for cakes to bake. Room feels like a sauna. Every cake decorator’s nightmare.
