I made this cake for my local bake off competition…the first one i have ever entered…and i came 1st!…cant tell you how happy it made me :) :)…this was a kind of take on a blackforest gateaux…rich chocolate mude cake with Morello cherry filling….i love tempereing chocolate…worth the effort….and mess lol xxx
