A little while back I was lucky enough to make Dylan’s Christening cake. Well he is a Big Boy now, so for his 1st Birthday I designed a cake around the bib he would be wearing at his circus party.
This cake consisted of a Red Velvet cake with lemon cheesecake filling, a Marble Mud with Malteaser Crush buttercream and a Chocolate Mud with roasted coconut toffee buttercream.
All egg free.
