Made this for a first birthday for Rachel, my friend’s daughter. I love hello kitty so very happy to make it. It is all buttercream iced with fondant flowers and plaque. The kitty, #1 and balloon are sugar paste. The design is from her table cloth and napkins. The boarders are pearl sixlets.
