You know those friends that are more like family?… Well Amy, is my niece-who-isn’t-really-my-niece!
I love her to bits but didn’t have time to do a big fancy number so whizzed up this little 6" lemon cake for her 14th birthday. I was in such a rush I just eyeballed the stripes, thankfully it turned out ok! So a sweet and simple cake but I like it :)
